“Base study for hydroelectric Project El Chaparral”, environmental impact assessment completed for the transmission line of km 43 of the same project.

Description: Preliminary environmental assessment and baseline studies for the hydroelectric plant, which included: Socioeconomic study of population affected directly and indirectly, limnological study of the river (water and biological quality of water), terrestrial biology, health base line. Identification of environmental impacts and establishment of measures was also performed.

For the transmission line of km 43 the full environmental impact assessment was conducted, with all basic and environmental baseline studies.
